LEADER COMMITMENTS

  • A commitment to the Lordship of Jesus Christ in every area of human life and activity and a lifestyle that reflects the biblical standards required of Christian leaders

  • A commitment to facilitating a corporate mission and vision that is void of ambiguity and implemented continual development.

  • A commitment to Christian unity with other believers, streams or movements within the body of Christ.

  • A commitment to the Fellowship tier leadership. Members will acknowledge an Apostle, Bishop or overseer who will provide leadership, direction, and government for the Fellowship. The Bishop or overseer will work with the presidiums.  The Fellowship will endeavor to provide its members and churches with opportunities to receive governmental input, care, and ministry.

  • A commitment to covenant relationships: The Fellowship seeks to be relationship-based, an organization providing a format for increasing trust, integrity, accountability, and interchange between the members. To facilitate these concepts, all members are asked to contribute monthly tithes and offerings, attend monthly fellowship services, the meetings, functions, conferences, and convocations; also members are expected to recruit individually and corporately. 

  • A commitment to sustaining a progressive culture or one that is rich in building leaders through a comprehensive and rigorous curricular and instructional ministry programming.

  • A commitment to building strong leaders that safeguard the operational and fiscal management of resources.  These leaders ensure that resources are monitored and utilized with the utmost integrity and accountability. 

  • A commitment to the success of each individual in the church by collaborating and developing a partnership with community members of diverse interests and needs to mobilize the community on behalf of its members.

  • A commitment to promoting the integrity of each member by modeling and leading like Jesus. Leaders must have self-awareness and be reflective while yet acting in an ethical manner void of translucence and safeguarding the values of the word of God through moral and legal decision-making that honors justice in all manner of business.

  • A commitment to understanding and influencing the larger political, social, economic, legal, and cultural context through advocating for families, caregivers, and each individual to influence governmental decisions affecting the members of the church.
